The Foam 1&2 (Reference: 941640) is a foaming characteristics tester designed in compliance with ASTM D892, IP 146, and ISO 6247 standards. It features test baths operating at 24°C and/or 93.5°C, with a cooling coil that enables testing at room temperature while providing improved temperature stabilization at 24°C. Each bath accommodates two test positions and incorporates electronic temperature control with a digital display, along with integrated calibrated flowmeters for precise airflow adjustment and control. Quick-connect, color-coded input and output connections simplify setup and operation. Foam 1 is designed for Sequences I and II, while Foam 2 supports Sequences I, II, and III for greater testing flexibility. The Foam 1 configuration is supplied with NORTON spherical diffusers, test tubes, flowmeters, an ASTM 12C thermometer, and test baths operating at 24°C and 93.5°C. The Foam 2 configuration is supplied with test baths operating at 24°C and 93.5°C, ASTM 12C thermometers, diffusers, and all the essential accessories required for convenient operation.
