The VTW Classic (Reference: 18450) is a viscometer tube washer designed for cleaning viscometer tubes in compliance with ASTM D445, ASTM D446, IP 71, ISO 3104, and ISO 3105 standards. It features six cleaning positions and provides both external and internal washing of viscometer tubes, with the tubes suspended in solvent vapors to ensure thorough cleaning. The system delivers an extremely fast cleaning time of 5 to 15 minutes while maintaining low solvent consumption through an efficient condensation process. It can be connected to either a cold-water supply or a chiller for reliable operation. The VTW Classic is supplied with injector caps and all the essential accessories required for convenient operation.
