The NPM TECH 2 (Reference: 42600) is a compact flash point tester designed in compliance with ASTM D8175, ASTM D93, IP 34, ISO 15267, and ISO 2719 standards. It operates over a temperature range from ambient to 400°C and features automatic sample presentation for efficient and reliable testing. The instrument is equipped with a 4.3-inch resistive color touchscreen, five predefined test methods (A, A+, B, C, and Research), and two operating modes, including Research and Safety. It offers three fire detection release modes—optical, ionization, and manual—and incorporates double fire detection through both ionization and optical systems for enhanced safety. The adjustable electric ignitor eliminates the need for gas, while the removable holder accommodates the cover, lid, and nitrogen bottle for added convenience. The NPM TECH 2 is supplied with one lid fitted with an ignitor and thermocouple, one cup, one power cable, one stirring cable, one stylus, one removable holder for the cup and nitrogen bottle, one conformity leaflet, one USB key containing the instruction manual, and all the essential accessories required for convenient operation.
