The NCL 440 (Reference: 40400) is an automated Cleveland open cup flash and fire point tester designed in compliance with ASTM D8254, ASTM D92, IP 36, and ISO 2592 standards. It operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 400°C and features ionization ring detection to ensure accurate and reliable flash and fire point determination. The instrument comes with standard test methods pre-installed and is equipped with an angled glass probe featuring a Pt100 Class B sensor for precise temperature measurement. The NCL 440 is supplied with a cup, a Pt100 sensor, an electric candle, a fixed insulating plate (intermediate), a movable insulating plate (top), a metal plate, and all the essential accessories required for convenient operation.
