The NMC 445 (Reference: 41030) is an advanced micro carbon residue tester designed in compliance with ASTM D4530, IP 398, and ISO 10370 standards. It operates at a maximum test temperature of 775°C and automatically calculates the carbon residue percentage to deliver accurate and reliable results. The instrument features quick nitrogen flow verification and automatic atmosphere control from the front panel, while comprehensive test reports include both the initial sample weight and final test results. It is equipped with two preset test methods and eighteen user-configurable methods, each supporting up to four heating segments, along with automatic nitrogen flow control for consistent testing conditions. The NMC 445 is supplied with 2 mL vials, 16 mL vials, three cast-iron vial supports (12-place, 6-place, and 7-place), a cleaning cable, a bracket extraction hook, and all the essential accessories required for convenient operation.
