The NAE 440 (Reference: 40500) is an automated aniline point tester designed in compliance with ASTM D611, IP 2, ISO 21493, and ISO 2977 standards. It features two independent, self-contained workstations, allowing simultaneous testing of two samples for improved laboratory efficiency. The instrument operates over a temperature range from ambient to 150°C, with an external cooler required for testing at lower temperatures. It automatically detects light, colored, and black petroleum products and utilizes a dry-bath heating system to provide accurate and consistent temperature control. A visual checking facility enables convenient observation of the test process, while the built-in memory stores up to 200 test results for easy data management.
