The DEM Tech (Reference: 42500) is a compact, semi-automatic demulsibility tester designed in compliance with ASTM D1401, IP 412, and ISO 6614 standards. It features rapid temperature rise, automatic centering, and temperature measurement using a platinum Pt100 Class B probe to ensure accurate and reliable testing. The instrument provides four measurement positions along with two preheating positions and includes automatic paddle positioning in accordance with the standard, maintaining a 6 mm distance between the bottom of the cylinder and the paddle. It offers an adjustable stirring speed ranging from 600 to 2,000 rpm, with a default setting of 1,500 rpm ±5, and incorporates a carousel with double indexation for precise positioning. Additional features include a removable paddle, a removable upper section for easy bath cleaning, manual or automatic water refill, a start/stop button, and reflection-free, low-energy LED lighting for enhanced user convenience. The DEM Tech is supplied with a certified stirring paddle, ASTM D1401-compliant test cylinders, stoppers, a 6 mm spacer, a spatula, a certified thermometer, a quick start guide, a power cable, a USB stick containing the user manual, a conformity leaflet, a stylus, and all the essential accessories required for convenient operation.
